"FANTASTIC SHOPPING EXPERIENCE"
I absolutely adore this shop! I purchased some European kitchen gadgets for my mother-in-law to use in the States. I had no clue about the voltage problem. Samstores not only helped me out but also provided the right transformer so she can use them here.

"Received my appliances for 220-240 volts..."
I got my 220-240 volts appliances for my place overseas. The whole process was pretty smooth, though there was a tiny delay with the bigger items, which the Samstores staff let us know about beforehand. But in the end, everything arrived brand new and just as promised, right on schedule.

"Purchased a 220v TV and fridge..."
I picked up a 220v TV and a refrigerator for my buddy's new place, and once more, the service was top-notch. My order arrived right on schedule. I'll definitely keep spreading the word about them. Great work!

"AVOID THIS COMPANY"
The customer service is downright rude (it’s always the same person on the line). I opted for express air shipping and got charged $99, but they sent it out via regular ground shipping instead. My order took forever to process, it took days just to make a label and give me a tracking number, and then even longer to actually hand the package over to the courier. This package never even got shipped!

"EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL"
EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! There’s this dude who picks up the phone at +1 800 726 9493, and he was super rude, not having a clue on how to assist with my questions. You really ought to get rid of that guy answering calls because he’s just plain rude. It left a terrible impression for newcomers like myself. TOTAL TRASH TELEPHONE OPERATOR.
